REGAN ROBINSON, Lawyer
REGAN ROBINSON, Lawyer
After articling at a full-service firm in Ottawa, Regan has returned to her home community to begin her practice at Marshall Law Group. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her rescue golden retriever, Emme—her best friend.
HARSHAL GOGNA, Lawyer
HARSHAL GOGNA, Lawyer
Harshal Gogna is a civil litigation lawyer at Marshall Law Group. She first spent more than two years inside a busy Toronto litigation practice, as a law clerk and claims specialist drafting Statements of Claims, motions, and the affidavits. Then, she worked as an articling student where she was involved in taking matters to the next stage; examinations/discoveries, drafting motions to be argued in court, and pretrial and mediation briefs.
Learning these steps from the ground up matters and it’s why nothing in a file tends to surprise her.
Clients in Caledonia, Hamilton, and Haldimand County say she is friendly but direct about what a person’s claim is worth, and what it will take to get it to court. She is methodical about building a client’s record, and letting clients know where they stand.
Harshal holds an LL.B. with first-class honours and speaks English, French, Punjabi and Hindi – and she has three dogs that love her dearly.
